Lawn mowing

Blowing and cleanup

Weed control

Seasonal yard cleanup

Additional landscaping services when requested

Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and scheduling availability.

2. Service Area

We provide lawn care services in and around Fort Worth, Arlington, Crowley, Burleson, Benbrook, and surrounding areas.

3. Scheduling

​

Customers may request services through our website, phone, or text.

While we make every effort to honor scheduled appointments, service times may change due to:

Weather conditions

Equipment issues

Safety concerns

Scheduling adjustments

We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary.

4. Same-Day or Urgent Service

Same-day or last-minute services may be subject to additional convenience or rush fees depending on availability.

Customers should remove items such as:

Decorations

Debris

from the lawn before service.

KuTnEdge Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.

9. Lawn Conditions

​

Extremely overgrown lawns, excessive debris, or hazardous conditions may require additional service charges or may require a cleanup service before regular mowing can begin.

10. Liability

​

KuTnEdge Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by:

Hidden obstacles (rocks, metal, irrigation parts, etc.)

Pre-existing property damage

Poor lawn or soil conditions

Underground utilities not properly marked

Customers must notify us of any sprinkler systems, underground wiring, or sensitive areas before service begins.

11. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

Rain

Severe weather

Unsafe mowing conditions

We will attempt to reschedule services as soon as possible.

 

12. Satisfaction

​

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue.
